XSLP-150 High speed bottle unscrambler:

Working principle:

Ladder bottle feeding device continuously transported the bottles into the unscramble cylinder,the turntable turn anticlockwise by the driven transmission mechanism,the bottles in the cylinder in the centrifugal force fell into the turntable groove, the bottles in the turntable groove by rotating of the turntable driven by a board and outlet bottle distance device into the unscrambler device, the bottles in the unscrambler bottle device of synchronous wheel clamping pulled open bottle distance, in the transfer process of holding bottle,the bottle bottom is self righting (bottle mouth on the top )when the front bottles arrived, the bottle mouth stop pressure when the front bottle through hook rod toggle and pressing bottle device , the bottle become the bottom in the former, arrived then the rotary bottle device is also self righting .

Main features:

(1)The compatibility is strong, can be suitable for all kinds  and size of round, square,flat square, shaped plastic bottle;

(2)The special unscrambler bottle structure and the upper bottle structure, outlet bottles at a fast speed,which can be used for high speed bottled packing line.

(3)Scientific unscrambler and control system to avoid the bottle in the unscrambler barrel collision caused by the damage to the bottle.
